Re-strategizing the Chimelong Ocean Kingdom

This was consulting case analysis project was part of a series of sprints during my undergraduate Strategic Case Analysis course. It was a group project in which we adopted the personas of a professional Management Consulting team, and presented our findings to a panel of judges on a bi-weekly basis. We split the responsibilities of each mini project evenly, having 2-3 working sessions a week to build our narrative together and ensure we’re all on the same page. I also took care of most of the visuals.

This particular case sprint stood out from the rest, because the group was able to come together (in a way that is rare for undergraduate group projects), and produce a beautiful slide deck with robust recommendations. Seeing as my teammates have since landed senior positions in McKinsey, Capital One, and RBC respectively, I’d say that we were on the whole a talented bunch.

While the case itself is paywalled, you can find our summary deck here -
